Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Configure, coordinate and maintain business processes, application settings, security, reports and dashboards in WD HCM.
Support Workday processes for core HR functions, talent management, compensation analysis, and key strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain reports to support analytical and business needs
Resolve Workday tickets related to HRIS systems
Serve as the functional SME for Workday feature releases and new functionality implementations.
Analyzes multiple databases and aggregate workforce data to produce data visualization dashboards and reports.
Ensure ideal system configuration to support business processes.
Audit, monitor and maintain data integrity.
Develops reports related to on-going and ad hoc requests for workforce data.
Assist in the management of security administration.
Maintain the ongoing design, configuration, and deployment of the HR and Payroll Business Processes in Workday
Acts as administrator for Workday Absence Management Systems
Partner with IT, Finance, Business Operations, and HR teams to plan and execute Workday projects
Conduct Unit testing and implementation of changes
Troubleshoots HRIS issues and errors, quickly resolving them along with root causes.
Performs system and testing audits as requested for data accuracy, integrity, and functionality. Analyzes and document results and discrepancies.
Helps drive user adoption and continually gather feedback to improve the user experience.
Collaborates and reports back to department leadership on process efficiency initiatives.
Designs/develops and maintains updates to user procedures, job aids and other supporting training documentation. Help with training of end-users on new processes/functionality.
Requirements gathering and analysis, design, testing, documentation, and end-user training for software upgrades and enhancements of the HR System at least twice per year.
Partners with and continuously interacts with Global teams, including HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management and Payroll departments.
Develops new reports, metrics, and queries using Workday to support stakeholder needs.
Processes mass data imports (EIB’s) as requested by business users, and according to the documented testing and approval procedures.
Adds new configuration elements to the various HR systems in operation, including changes to business process, organization changes, workflows, and security models
Develops project plans, prioritizes project requests, monitors project completion to assigned deadlines, and ensures quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Minimum Job Requirements:
This position requires demonstrated proficiency with Workday HCM
Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field plus a minimum of four years’ experience in Human Resources/HRIS systems implementation.
Experience with ServiceNow ticket system preferred.
Experience working on a cross-functional HRIS project and global HRIS environment.
Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience querying data, data manipulation and report generation.
Demonstrated project management, communication and customer service skills
