HRMS Manager | Strategy Analytics |Darwinbox

We have an opportunity for HRMS Manager - Strategy & Analytics (Darwinbox) for Mumbai location.

This will be an individual role driving Campus hiring and analytics for HR operations.

Job Role & Requirements:

· 6+years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. Prior consulting experience will be preferred.

· Lead the end-to-end implementation of Darwin box HRMS including modules - recruitment, talent acquisition, employee life cycle

· Process implementation of the final HR policies on HRMS

· Proven Responsible for publishing HR dashboards for key functions within the team such as Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, etc. for continuous monitoring of departmental efficiency and impact

· Knowledge about EVP Employment engagement analytics

· Leading the Compensation Benchmarking and Salary Restructuring Exercise

· Responsible for implementing key employee benefits such as gym membership tie-up, Annual Health Checkup, Mediclaim policy and healthy food and beverage service for employees to ensure employee health and wellbeing

· Day to day activities include payroll processing, handling employee grievances, Handling internal and external audits, employee documentation and annual budgeting exercise.

· Overall support towards key departmental initiatives like delivering learning interventions, Employee Engagement, employee data management and trends
