• Overall work experience of 6+ years in HR domain (including Global Benefits) specifically managing all areas within HR Transaction services scope.
• Should have interacted with customer for metrics and tracking
• Should have handled a team of circa 15+ associates for a client
• Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day-to-day operations.
• Preferred experience in handling customer/ stakeholder
• Preferred experience on country regulations
• Preferable experience on multiple HR systems such as SuccessFactors
