This role will be responsible for the activities of the HRO Tower.
Tasks also involve ensuring team members meeting the defined SLAs and other KPIs along with 50% time - hands on experience and expertise on the processes which he/she is responsible for.
Rest of the 50% to support Team Lead in any business related issues along with interacting with Customer as directed by Team Lead/ Project Lead or Project Manager Area of responsibilities/Tasks Must have skills .Administration
