Job Description Role-Team Lead - HR Tower Lead Location of Requirement- Mumbai Responsibilities- 1)
Overall work experience of 13+ years within HR operations with minimum 8-10 years of relevant recruitment and onboarding experience in handling a team of circa 100+ talent acquisition specialists covering activities such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, requisition assigning, onboarding, TA operations, reporting, etc.
2) Should have interacted with customer for metrics and tracking 3) Should come with strong experience in handling customers/ stakeholders 4) Preferred:
