Role-Team Lead - HRTower Lead
Location ofRequirement- Mumbai
Responsibilities-
1) Overall work experience of13+ years within HR operations with minimum 8-10 years of relevant recruitmentand onboarding experience in handling a team of circa 100+ talentacquisition specialists covering activities such as sourcing, screening, scheduling,requisition assigning, onboarding, TA operations, reporting, etc.
2) Should have interactedwith customer for metrics and tracking
3) Should come with strongexperience in handling customers/ stakeholders
4) Preferred: experience inAerospace industry

3) Stakeholder/ customermanagement skills
4) Presentation Skills
