This role is perfect for anyone who has completed their 12th grade or higher and is looking for a flexible working arrangement. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talented candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities:

- Review and screen resumes provided by the company.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their applications.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification of 12th pass or higher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for work-related tasks.
- Prior experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
