Looking for Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist:(Only for Mumbai Location)
Talent Acquisition In FTV Your Tasks Will Include
• Filling positions within the organization (In-house Recruitment)
• Designing and Implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Hiring from Naukri, LinkedIn & more Portals.
• Handling of administration and record-keeping.
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Networking with various institutions and social media.
• Negotiation skills.
• On-boarding process.

Salary hike will be given from your current CTC
(Budget for this position is max 6 LPA)
