Job Description
LTIMindtree is looking for HRSD Architect.
• Total Experience of ++ yrs in IT
• Worked on at least 1 HRSD Implementation project involving HR Catalog item requirements, Lifecycle events, Integration with external 3rd party HR tool as a Business Analyst
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process
• Around 5 years of working in ServiceNow Projects as a Business Analyst and worked on Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos
• Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management
• Worked on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases
• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
• Create and maintain process and system documentation.
• Monitor and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
• Develop use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
• Support the development team through system design, development, and implementation.
• Develop training materials and provide training to users.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs.
• Good communication and presentation skill
