Job Description
• To be part of a team managing the HR SharedServices Function for HR Tasks from India Location.
• Will be required to be a team player and should havestrong communication skills and experience in handling onshoretasks in HR relating to Onboarding, maintain life cycle of anemployee, Data management etc.
• The candidateshould have good hands on experience in MS Office and preferably onHR Tools such as TALEO, PeopleSoft, SAP, and LeaveManagement.
Job Purpose:
• To ensure thatthe migrated tasks from India location are managed efficiently. Theclient expectations are managed and timelines for delivery areadhered to.
• To support employee fromOnboarding to the entire cycle of employment till their offboarding.
Roles &Responsibilities
KeyResponsibilities:
• Liaise with donor location / other stake holders on aregular basis
• Compliant with legislationaffecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risksfor contractors)
• Generate monthly dashboardsand publish to respective stake holders / seniormanagement.
• Handle administrative tasks forvarious processes within HR Shared Services
HR Solutions:
• Update HR systems i.e. create new hire records, maintainlife cycle of an employee / Data Changes, Transfers, Terminationsetc.
• Initiate background verification for newhires joining
• Prepare employment certificatesbased on the nature of requests received
• Managing employee queries / Case ManagementTool
• Reference check forex-employees
• Prepare MIS reports
