Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized HR/Talent Management Assistant to assist in supporting our recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. This part-time role requires working from our office two days a week and is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Help manage employee records, update HR databases, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities and other employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and handling employee inquiries.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in HR or talent management is a plus, but not required.
