Job Description
• Degree in Physics or equivalent experience in teaching Physics.
• Must have at-least 7 to 10 years of experience in teaching Physics.
• Should be well aware of Maharashtra State Board exam pattern.
• Should have command over Numerical's and Theory and must be able to clear all the doubts
• Patience, innovation, and knowledge of classroom management and student discipline.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and Test chapter wise
• Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
• Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans and asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track.
• Providing extra support to students that require it, and more challenging tasks to those who are ahead of the class.
• Reporting any progress issues to the head of the department, as well as to the parents during parents-teacher meeting.
• Keeping the line of communication open between students, staff, and parents.
• Teacher must be punctual in time
• Teacher’s personal issues must not affect the academics of a student

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
