Job Title: Senior Human Resource Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric Factory HR Manager who can lead our plant HR functions with confidence. This role requires ownership, maturity, and the ability to manage a large workforce in a fast-paced environment.
The Factory HR Manager will be responsible for leading complete HR operations at the factory (200–400+ workforce). This includes ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding & induction for factory roles, designing manpower planning, shift management & daily workforce deployment, maintaining strict compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act & statutory audits, handling grievance resolution, counselling & disciplinary actions, driving training programs, skill enhancement sessions & safety workshops, overseeing attendance system, leave management & payroll coordination, and maintaining strong coordination between Factory Management & Corporate HR.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complete HR operations at the factory (200–400+ workforce)
• Ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding & induction for factory roles
• Design manpower planning, shift management & daily workforce deployment
• Maintain strict compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act & statutory audits
• Handle grievance resolution, counselling & disciplinary actions
• Drive training programs, skill enhancement sessions & safety workshops
• Oversee attendance system, leave management & payroll coordination
• Maintain strong coordination between Factory Management & Corporate HR
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing / plant operations
• Strong understanding of labour laws & statutory compliance
• Excellent communication & leadership qualities
• Experience managing large blue-collar teams preferred
