HCM specialists play a vital role in designing and implementing strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives.
• Develop and deploy effective HCM solutions that meet organizational needs
• Provide technical support for the HCM system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM systems with other business applications
• Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights into HCM data
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Specialist
• Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as Extracts, Data Loader, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Formula Builder, Page Customizations & Extensions
• Strong understanding of HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and Help Desk
