Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, HR, instructional design, or a related discipline
2 years' experience in corporate/ government training
2 years' experience creating visuals, slide decks, and other training materials
2 years' experience working with stakeholders
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
Ability to travel onsite 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs

As part of a larger training team, support the development of targeting training materials to help end users adopt new technologies and solutions
Liaise with government program managers and technical teams to develop training products and materials that support new applications and platforms
Work with project team members to facilitate the timely flow of information in a highly technical IT environment
Incorporate feedback from end-users to enhance future training activities
Use MS Office and MS PowerPoint to create impactful and visually compelling graphics
Create technical informational guides and training materials across multiple platforms
Team with the communications team to develop, deliver, and evaluate training impact

Work you'll do

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:
• 2 years of professional experience in a public sector consulting firm
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• 1+ years of experience with technology adoption and/ or technology modernization
• 1+ years of experience working within a DHS component or with Federal law enforcement

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $83000 to $143000
