Human Potential Architect
Inviting HR Professionals/ People Managers to join our team in Mumbai (full-time)
Illumine is a Knowledge Lab where high-caliber knowledge professionals build cutting edge new solutions for communities. These professionals are highly self-driven and don’t believe in being managed. We have been around for 25 years but have continued to work like a start-up with shared expectations, values and protocols.
As we move into the next phase, we are looking for a young & dynamic HR professional who can work with this group of professionals and grow the community over time.
Role of the HR Professional/ Manager:
To find fellow high caliber professionals like us who can join us and add value
As a company, we have to make various pivots based on projects and strategic initiatives. This brings in the need for new generation of professionals who need to be hired on a regular basis
To find best fit for the project – whether full time, part time, internship, freelancer, etc.
We also work with a large pool of independent professionals and ecosystem partners. Your contribution in building this pool, managing their billing & contracts.
To onboard new people and get them started
New people need time to get onboarded – this will require careful planning and understanding.
Developing & managing new models for talent management
e.g. internship programs, short term projects, hackathons, etc. - where young people can come and experience opportunities in Illumine
The not so glamourous part of the role includes:
Ensuring correct documentation and legal process – NDAs, Offer letters, Appointment letters for full-time employees, Contracting & billing for independent professionals, vendors, ecosystem partners
Managing internal performance management (scheduling, keeping track)
