Job Description:
Recruitment:
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, campus recruitment, referrals).
3. Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit for the organization.
4. Implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the competitive IT and Non IT market.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process & Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding logistics.
6. Participate in job fairs and community outreach.
7. Develop and implement a comprehensive campus hiring strategy to attract fresh talent.
8. Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and placement cells to facilitate hiring drives.
HR Management:
1. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and any grievances.
2. Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
3. Coordinate performance appraisal systems and facilitate ongoing performance conversations between employees and management.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage all HR legalities, such as employment contracts, leaves, benefits, and terminations.
5. Regularly update and revise company HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.
6. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company & Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.
7. Assist in shaping the overall HR strategy of the company, including workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
8. Implement and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to streamline HR processes.
9. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while handling employee records and personal information.
10. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. An MBA or postgraduate degree in HR is a plus.
3. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Executive, with a focus on recruitment and HR management in the IT and Non IT industry.
4. Strong understanding of the IT industry and its specific recruitment needs.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
8. Experience with HR analytics and metrics-driven decision-making.
