Manager – Human Resource & Admin
The Human Resources Operations will manage archateliê day-to-day Human Resources (HR) and ensure that the organization’s practices meet regulatory standards and best practices. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the human resources function for the organization, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy development and implementation, performance management, training and development, and HR data management. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
· Owning up the recruitment and staffing efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.
· Conduct new employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
· Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary and bonus structures, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with all government-defined regulations and promote a positive workplace culture.
· Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
· Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
· Manage HR data and systems, including employee records & payroll
· Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
· Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks.
· This is a full-time position that may require some evening and weekend work.
· The Human Resources Manager will work primarily in an office environment.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
· Strong knowledge of local, state, and central employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
