Experience in providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of employee matters (we're talking everything from recruitment to employee relations)
Knowledge of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices, in relation to contemporary human resource practice.
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaboratively deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a respectful, supportive work environment that promotes continuous improvement.
