Roles and Responsibilities:
· Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
· Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees.
· Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities.
· Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
· Assist management in hiring, training, counseling employees.
· Create, plan, and execute various cultural & organizational events and employee engagement activities.
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Skills Required:
· Master’s Degree in Human Resources
· Ability to multi-task.
· Good Scouring skills using different Job Portals (LinkedIn, Naukri & Indeed), good networking and screening skill, experience with HR tools and processes, recruiting experience, knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications.
