Job Description
We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Executive and take on administrative tasks in HR Department. You will be liable to maintain records and manage confidential documents. We expect you to have strong organizational skills to manage employee data.
Job Objectives
l To make strategic decisions to hire, develop, and retain qualified employees
l To manage learning and development and employee performance programs
l To work in coordination with the top management to plan and implement valuable changes in the HR
Roles & Responsibilities
● Handle the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
● Administering the hiring processes of new employees
● Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones
● Organizing employee engagement activities
● Work on recruitment strategies
● Work on bulk-hiring
● Handle the documentation process
● Conduct initial screening of candidates
Competencies Required
● Good communication skills
● Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle
● Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
● Ability to work as a part of a team.
● Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
● Strong work ethics
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and relevant fields
Work Location & Job Type
You’ll be required to work full-time from our head office in Indore
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹11,013.51 - ₹25,306.02 per month
