Job Description:
1.Preparation of SOP and company policies
2.Manage company vacancies and hiring
3.Supervision and assessment of all company employees
4.Keep track of attendance and leaves of all employees.
5.Personal assistant to the founder (Calendar management, Follow ups)
6.Intern management - Joining and leaving formalities
7.Daily reporting and discussion.
8.Manage company vacancies and hiring
+.Take responsibility for reaching out to as many colleges as possible across the
country - Linkedin, Whatsapp, and other social media channels
10.Leading the campus ambassador program PAN India
11.Maintaining records of all potential leads
12.Assisting the founder with all daily tasks.
Skills Required:
1.Must be a quick learner with the capacity to be proactive in taking up tasks
2.Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
3.Ability to regulate work schedules of interns and lead a team of 10+ members
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5.Outstanding project management skills
6.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
7.Ability to multi-task and manage different operations timely
Please Note:
• Working hours needed: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day.
• An experience letter will be provided after successful completion of the term.
• Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on exceptional conduct.
• Minimum tenure for this position would be 12 months, with the first 1 month being probationary. The associate will go through a training process in the first month, upon which we will confirm the role, based solely on his/her performance.
• CTC: INR 2.4 lac per annum fixed + incentives
