Senior HR-BP Location : Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities 1. Have a strong understanding of Business imperatives and build effective working relationships with all stakeholders. 2. Develop a relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within the supported business group. The role includes coaching and influencing stakeholders holders to make decisions that are compatible with best practices 3. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions. 4. Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development. 5. Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, and understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions. Interpret complex analyses and tie them back to business priorities. 6. Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements 7. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. 8. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and uses analytics to spot trends and issues (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions) +. Provide advice to stakeholders on the application and interpretation of HR policies. Play a role in revisiting and designing new policies for the organization as required 10. Ensure submission of HR dashboard and design its templates. Analyze Human Resources key metrics (turnover, exit interviews, days to fill positions, cost per hire) and utilize data for process improvements 11. Proactively manage retention through various employee engagement initiatives. 12. Responsible for running regular HR workshops to provide line managers with information on the latest employment law changes/policies, bring awareness to existing policies and procedures 13. Responsible for the annual engagement survey, analyzing data, benchmarking year on year, and working with businesses to create robust action plans. 14. Responsible for designing and implementing an effective recognition program Basic Qualifications Master s degree in Human resources, business administration, or related field. 12-15 Years of experience in Human Resources Management Candidate should have demonstrated experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
