 About Department Â
It’s simple, we bring the “human†back into Human Resources. As a department, we strive to be the employees’ advocates and voice. We are brand ambassadors for Codal, and are the first line of defense.  What you'll be doing:Â
• Understand our business, and support leaders managers, and HR Team to craft the best place to work.
• Align business strategy and objectives to people strategy, goals and objectives with an aim to drive key business result
• Provide guidance on talent management, workforce strategies, organization design and reward & recognition in partnership to meet business imperatives
• Own and drive retention of Tech Talent
• Stay updated with external environment on peer comparison groups to implement strategies to help drive business and people decisions
• Act as coach to build leadership abilities
• Analyse data, identify trends and suggests solutions to team heads on talent
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all interests
• Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
• Plan and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
• Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
• Arranging for employee listening sessions/ HR One -on -One sessions.
• Employee Grievance handling
• Acts as the initial point of contact for HR-related support to employees and managers such as employee relations, morale, performance issues, compensation questions, and development opportunities.
• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
 What it takes to excel:Â
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR business partner role
• Prior Startup experience is desired
• Masters Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop operations managers and supervisors
• Self-starter and result oriented
