Job Responsibilities
• It's a Human Recourse Business Partner (Female) Position under Job Solution Project.
• Job Posting through different social media.
• B2B (Job Solutions) : HR Business Tie-ups (Out house & In House)
• She must be ready to learn Resource Management
• Must be ready learn, handle & Set Targets of Job Interviews, Tele Calling, Scheduling, Candidates Registrations etc.
• Must ready to learn payroll management.
• Must ready to learn recruitment cycle procedure
• Must be good learner, self starter,
• Must Have Average / Good / Excellent Communication
• Only serious candidates can apply.
• Profit share will Be given & Mentioned salary is approximated profit amount which can be given after partnership collaboration to selected candidate.
• Profit share amount isn't a fixed amount which can be variable according to the profits arise after collaboration with candidate. Rest the terms and conditions will be discuss on Face to Face Meetings.
