Role: HR Business Partner
Experience: 3-6 Years

Job overview:
Noventiq is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner expert who will be actively involved in HR Strategy Task.
About you:
• Participation in the HR Strategy elaboration based on the Strategic contract of the region, localization of the Global HR Strategy
• Creating Action plan for the HR Strategy Implementation based on EES and Regional Strategic goals together with CoEs that will support its implementation (TA, C&B, Intercom and EVP, L&D)
• Implementing this plan and sharing the reports on its implementation during monthly business reviews with HR HQ
• Driving Action Plan implementation in collaboration with local Managers; getting their timely feedback and introducing changes if this may be necessary
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions

• Keeping the systems and platforms (BambooHR, Jobvite, LinkedIn, etc) timely updated and filled in with the necessary data; reviewing and updating employee related information including compensation, vacation days, joining and exit, PE cycle; KPIs, etc)
• Working at the improving of Company's Brand on different country markets and on the regional level
• Acts as the member of the Global HR Team implementing in place all the central initiatives coming from COEs
