Minimum Qualification: MBA or PGDM
Preferred Experience:
• 5-10 Years of relevant experience in HR domain
• Experience in HR Business Partnering
Key Result Areas:
Understand Business Drivers
• Understand the drivers of the business and the factors that determine its success
• To support both business heads and HR Head on key people issues within the team
Implementing HR Processes
• Drive organization processes like Performance Management System, Capability Development etc in the teams
• Analyze the outcome of the process and support business heads and HR Heads to moderate the same
• Ensure development process is being carried out and employees are receiving relevant training
• Drive quality of the HR process for the team
Compensation & Benefits

Talent Management & Development
• Percentage Attrition(top talent)
• Talent profile completion
• Completion of all My Development Plan/Identified need of employee pool
Recruitment and On-boarding
• Help the Business identify manpower requirement both in terms of numbers and profile
• Closure of open positions as per agreed TAT (shared responsibility)
• Drive functional induction plan for new joiners
Performance Management
• Ensure all Group/Business process are completed as per the guideline and timeline
• Ensure all unique roles have standard goals and Goal audit is done across brands/functions
• Performance Improvement Plan process for all Partially Delivered Performance rated employees
• Managerial Coaching sessions for employee pool
Organization Design
• Restructuring initiatives – initiation & closure to adapt to business vision & plan
• 100% eligible roles to be evaluated as per timelines
• Make the Business Job Evaluation Committee, Unit Job Evaluation Committee Calendar and ensure these are conducted as per the plan
• Share the Job Analysis and Evaluation scores and org structures with CoE
Culture building
• Identify the drivers in respective teams that facilitate and hinder in employee performance
• Support the function / brand head to develop a conducive environment in the team
• Ensure a strong communication network within the team and with the larger organization
• Identify interventions necessary for the team and support the OD team in designing and delivering the same
• Brand Townhall/ Leadership connect
• Sunshine/ no-agenda team connect
One HR Strategy
• Brand/ function specific strategic special projects (eg: Digitizing functional induction, intra-brand freelance projects, piloting quarterly feedback, learning academy, etc
