Role: Human Resource Business Partner
Experience: 6+ years
Work Mode: WFO
Location: Pune
Education: Any Graduate /Post-Graduate
Communication preferred: Excellent
What you will be doing:
· Manage the entire employee life cycle
· Take the lead in the recruitment process such as but not limited to leading employer branding initiatives,designing job descriptions, sourcing and assessing candidates, interviewing candidates, completing reference checks, signing employment contracts and onboarding new staff
· Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
· Provide a hands-on approach to monitoring employee motivation to ensure high level of employee engagement
· Maintain a safe and secure working environment by implementing policies
· Spearhead employee engagement activities
· Provide administrative support in the company's day to day operations
· Serve as a lead point of contact for things related to administrative and human resources inquiries of IN team members
· Work on projects as assigned
· Should have knowledge on Payroll compliance like PF , ESIC, Gratutity
· Should have experience into preparing
salary strutures , negotiation , performance appraisal , salary revisions
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
· Minimum of 4-year work experience in human resources specializing in talent acquisition, HR Generalist
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Has the ability to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
· Has the ability to work autonomously
and multitask
