Incumbent should be able to take care of below functional areas : Payroll Management & Processing
• End to End Implementation of Employee Benefits Annual Performance Management System
• FAIR Detail Analysis and Presentation Cost Impact Analysis, Grade Base Pyramid Vs Actuals, Year on Year trend analysis etc.
Employee Recognition Program
• Long Service Award / PRAISE / Other Key Initiatives All HR Audits
• ICFR/CAS etc.
Should have high system orientation / MS Office package knowledge The Minerals and Metals (M&M) business vertical that resides within L&T Construction, the construction arm of the multi-billion-dollar conglomerate, Larsen & Toubro, is India's market leader in Engineering, Procurement & Construction of metallurgical projects possessing the expertise to undertake engineering, procurement, supply, construction, erection and commissioning of projects in Iron / Steel / Aluminium / Copper / Zinc / Lead / Mineral beneficiation plants. M&M has significant presence in providing EPC solutions for material handling requirements of core sector industries.
