Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Administer performance management processes such as performance appraisals and goal setting.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information, including attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably as a coordinator or similar position.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software
