About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and information to employees, managers, and HR on employee process and data changes across the breadth of Workday processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate employee data changes and manage associated cases such as changes to work schedules, location, compensation, etc.
• Administer employee data changes and manage any associated cases such as changes to work schedule, location, personal data, etc.
• Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for both employee and organization data requests i.e., transactional corrections & rescinds.
• Understand how each step of the workflows works and what are needed for the desired outcome from the customer.
• Differentiate between countries and or businesses and business scenarios of what is needed and when there may be local delivery activity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), master's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of meaningful experience in HR Shared services and preferably experience in the Workday system.
• Prior experience in Organization and Employee data management roles.
• Proficient knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office.
Working Arrangements:
This role is eligible for relocation within country. Remote Type: This position is a hybrid of office/remote working. Shift timings: 12:30 to +:30 PM IST (may change to the general shift). Location: Pune (WFO 3 days a week).
