This role plays a vital part in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. As an HR business partner, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, retention and well-being programs.
To ensure the success of these initiatives, you will oversee performance management and feedback cycles. You will also act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on internal policies and statutory laws.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in core HRBP functions and a background in IT/Tech industry HRBP roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
