We're looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our Managing Director to shape and deliver a people plan which directly links to the delivery of the business objectives, drives improved commercial performance and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in India with expertise across all aspects of the role. They will be able to engage with leaders and the people team to identify priorities, aligning people strategies with business needs for growth and sustainability. Additionally, they will be able to drive the strategy and plans to build the right capability for the business, including talent acquisition, talent management and development, equity, diversity and inclusion. If you are passionate about building capabilities, driving data-driven decision making, organisational development, leadership coaching, and HR interface and compliance, then this role is for you.
