About the Payments Sales Org: The sales org is responsible for acquiring merchants, aggregators, banks and other customers to deliver topline for the business through multiple channels. This team of 1200 employees is spread across the country as well as the SEA region and UAE. The skills profile of this org varies depending on the customer cohort and the channel.
Job summary:
Talent Management & Development
Drive execution of the performance assessment process in partnership with HRBP
Implement processes to differentiate talent by leveraging comp and ben (increment, variable pay, ESOPs)
Drive capability building programs in consultation with HRBP which includes functional and behavioral enablement
Talent Engagement
To drive and sustain world class employee experience.
Execute Talent Engagement initiatives to build a culture of high performance, improve work environment and increase retention
Drive and implement the Reward & Recognition plans at a department level
Address employee escalations, disciplinary and code of conduct challenges
Regular pulse checks with top talent and feedback to the leaders for speedy redressal of issues (if applicable)
Build strong connect with people through regular o-o-o connects/pulse checks etc
Action planning to address key challenges related to attrition/employee engagement
Governance and operations management
Analyze and monitor the key HR metrics (attrition/engagement etc) and draw actionable insights that lead to meaningful impact on the business
Own action plans to address challenges related to attrition at a team level
Work closely with teams such as HR Ops, Hiring to ensure data sanity and accuracy around all aspects of people mapping
We are looking for someone who:
Has 3-5 years of experience in well-established organizations
Has a strong understanding of HR fundamentals to be able to lay the right foundation.
Is obsessed with superior employee experience.
Custodian of employee experience.
Has strategic thinking, strong analytical mindset, ability to learn/understand fast and works well in ambiguity.
