Position: Human Resource Executive

Location: Sankrail, Howrah (Factory Location)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–4 years in HR, preferably in a factory setup
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory-level staff and workers
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and generate reports
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new joiners
• Address employee grievances and coordinate disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with production heads to assess manpower needs
• Maintain HR files and databases (manual and digital)
• Assist in payroll processing and coordination with accounts department
• Monitor workplace safety and welfare measures
• Liaise with external agencies, contractors, and auditors as required
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate in HR/Commerce/Related field; MBA in HR preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or garment unit
• Familiar with labor laws, ESI, PF, Factory Act
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable working in a factory environment
Other Details:
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: +:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Gender Preference: Open to Male/Female candidates
