Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and referrals.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with team leads and management.
· Manage and optimize job postings across hiring platforms.
· Build and maintain a strong, future-ready talent pipeline.
· Introduce innovative sourcing strategies (campus drives, networking events, creative hiring campaigns) and help in strategic hiring.
· Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, conversion ratio) and suggest improvements.
· Handle pre-onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
· Ensure a smooth, structured, and engaging induction process.
· Design ways to enhance new-joiner experience and early engagement.
· Manage resignation processes, clearances, and full & final settlements.
· Conduct structured exit interviews and share insights for retention improvement.
· Identify patterns and recommend retention strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in HR with strong recruitment exposure.
· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and sourcing tools.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Good analytical ability to track and interpret hiring data.
· Can lead and manage team.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
· High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
