Recruitment & joining
• Recruitment request is sent thru MRF by the HOD
• Check the profile of the vacancy.
• Check for sources of recruitment.
• Short list the candidates and do an initial screening on telephone
• Short listed resumes are sent to HOD
• Line up the candidates for interview with HR and HOD. candidates are informed to carry the mandatory documents
• HR round is conducted for the junior and mid level positions followed by the departmental interview round
• Short listed candidates are interviewed by MD
• Selected candidates are informed and called for salary negotiations
• Joining formalities and corporate induction is conducted.
