Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
Screening candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview
Maintain employee's leave, attendance record, Salary calculation
Documents verification and filing
Conduct orientation program, exit formalities
Required Skill:
Possess a degree in Human Resource
Computer knowledge with MS word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good writing, analytical and problem solving skill
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
