Job Description
We’re searching for a Human Resources Executive to collaborate with our internal Operations teams to handle strategic HR related issues and concerns. This role will analyze emerging trends and patterns that arise and help in the planning and development of relevant policies and programs. We’re looking for someone who can act as the main point person for implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs.
The resposiblities include:
-Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
-Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
-Updates job requirements when needed
-Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
-Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
-Maintains employee records and paperwork
-End to end Generalist HR Role like attendance Management, Employee Engagement, appraisal management and Payroll
Job Types: Fresher, Full-time, Internship, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
