HR Executive - Operations
Location : Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Job Description:
Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organisation including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
HR Recruiter Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related fields
2+ years of proven HR work experience
Strong knowledge of employment law
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitasking skills.
Excellent record keeping.
Salary: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
