Duties and Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT
1. Receiving manpower requisitions from the departments
2. Search for applications from the data bank and coordinate with the corporate TA team to close the position.
3. Complete the documentation as per the checklist.
ONBOARDING
1. New joiners are made comfortable and complete the joining formalities including
2. Coordinate to complete the induction programs, vaccination schedules etc as per the checklist
3. Ensure the admin facilities are provided on time for senior positions.
4. Coordinate with the department heads for the departmental Orientation /On the Job Training
5. Prepares and completes the personal file
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
1. Meet employees on a regular basis and attends to their grievances and queries.
2. Coordinates for the nomination of star employees and organizes award program.
3. Coordinates to organize celebration of various festivals.
4. Coordinates to complete the Performance Appraisal and Confirmation Appraisals
5. Training of assessors on new/modified performance appraisal system as and when required
6. Coordinating with the TD team on training and development.
7. Coordinates to conduct proficiency test in various departments as per the policy.
8. Issue of uniform to the general staff.
+. Conducts exit interviews and completes resignation formalities.
10. Update and maintain the Personal file of all the employees and receiving the permission slips, leave slips, OT slips and updating the salary sheet on daily basis.
11. Carries out measures to ensure discipline in the organization.
12. Ensures that the standard as per the quality norms are followed.
13. Send various MIS on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
