The Studs Sports Bar & Grill Brand of Sports Bars, owned by Ambros, is the highest rated sports bar brand in India with 12 outlets. The Studs is a premium and high end food and drinks serving restaurant bar targeted towards the youth and the generation which seeks entertainment.
Role Description
Ambros World Foods is looking for a Human Resources Executive to join their team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Previous experience in a Human Resources role
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Food & beverage Background
Hospitality Experience is a must
Salary:3,00,000 + SC
