What We Can Achieve Together We seek an HR-Executive to provide human resource support in one or more in the following functions: Talent acquisition and talent Management, employee relations, benefits, staff development trainings. The position is based out at Delhi/NCR. Essential Functions HR Executive is responsible for support in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation from onboarding to exit. Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures. Responsible for providing general administrative support and internal policies of the organization. Duties are highly confidential and require knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting human resource programs, procedures, and plans, and will provide assistance to HR staff on various HR-related issues. • Supporting staff recruitment processes, including handling of the application and shortlisting process, liaising with candidates and scheduling of interviews, preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at offer stage • Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling of inductions. • Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation from onboarding to exit. • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures. • Responsible for providing general administrative support and may include miscellaneous data entry. • Support staff training initiatives, Employee engagement, medical benefits etc. • Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work. • Maintain employee leave files • Ensures maintenance of monthly Attendance • Communicate with external vendors/ consultants etc • Follow up HR vendors payments & closure • Coordinates with Admin & I.T to ensure delivery of required assets to new staff • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager and Management, where required • Management Information/Reporting: Recruitment MIS, Employees MIS • Coordinate HR projects (wellbeing, meetings, retreat, training, surveys etc) What You'll Bring MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Associate’s degree, HR professional certification, or 1-year experience in an office setting, or equivalent combination. • Experience organizing files or related. • Experience working with MS Office software and database software. Desired Qualifications • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated. • Knowledge of word processing, database management, and spreadsheet software, with ability to construct and produce reports. • Basic understanding of, or willingness and ability to learn, fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations.
