Job Summary:
The Human Resource Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR department's functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate the hiring process.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee morale.
3. HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle documentation related to employee life cycle events (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
4. Policy and Procedure Development:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of HR best practices and recommend improvements.
5. Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
6. Training and Development:
- Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs and recommend appropriate resources.
7. Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews and evaluations.
- Assist in implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
8. Compliance and Legal Matters:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Assist in handling HR-related legal matters.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 1+ of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹+,406.35 - ₹20,000.00 per month
