Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employees and enhancing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection:Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.Onboarding and Training:Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training sessions.Maintain training records and assist in developing training programs.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner.Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process, including gathering feedback and maintaining records.Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.Compliance and Record Keeping:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.HR Policies and Procedures:Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of HR software and databases is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
