We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a proactive HR Executive to build a strong internal culture and support our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This is a strategic role focused on creating a productive and people-first culture that aligns with G Cube Studios’ growth vision.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the entire hiring process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Be the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and organize employee engagement activities.
Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal cycles and help managers with feedback processes.
Identify training needs and organize internal/external learning sessions.
Compliance & HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and handle statutory compliance.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll support, and benefits administration.
Strategic Support
Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning.
Recommend and implement HR best practices to enhance productivity and morale.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a design, creative, or service industry.
Working knowledge of HR software (Zoho People, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
