Education Any UG / PG Degree preferably in Management
Responsibilities
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
1. As a part of identifying the right profiles for the requirements, should be good at Hiring - Sourcing resume from various portals Naukri, Linkedin etc.,
2. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event, campus recruitment)
3. Take up pro-active approach and willingness to work to meet the targets;
4. Explore possibilities of expanding our channels
5. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, IT vendors etc
6. Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
7. Assisting with employee relations, grievances, engagement activities
8. Company employee communication, stakeholder coordination
+. Performance management and improvement tracking systems
10. Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
11. Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
12. Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
13. Overall 40 percent in to recruitment(internal requirements) and 60 percent in to HR operations
14. Provide accurate Payroll inputs such as Joiners, Leavers, Transfers etc. to
Payroll Team monthly for pay-out.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
