Job Description
We are on the lookout for Human Resources Generalist to manage HR activities and Operations across the company - everything from recruiting, on-boarding and training management to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company's mission and goals are effectively implemented.
Job Responsibilities:
• Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Manage recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee relationships, training and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required
• Building Training Modules for employees of various roles, making training schedule, etc.
• Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
• Analyze and evaluate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports of employee.
• Arrange one to one meetings with the staff on a regular basis and provide counseling and assistance to all designated employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Manage employees grievances.
• Design and update job descriptions. Source potential candidates from various online channels. (e.g. social media and professional platform like Linkedin, Internshala & etc.)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person). Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Eligibility:
• Must be a MBA in HRM
• Candidates with 0-2 years of experience into Recruitment
• Candidates from recruitment consultancy background would be preferred
• Good English communication is must (Verbal and written)
• Must commute to office for work at Inidore Location
