Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment of Candidates:
HR plays a crucial role in identifying the right candidates to fill company positions. They understand the qualifications required for each role and select qualified individuals.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Payroll Processing:
The HR department is responsible for managing payroll. This involves calculating net pay after deducting taxes and ensuring smooth payroll processes.
Workplace Policies:
HR develops and implements workplace policies. These policies cover areas such as discipline, dress code, ethics, and paid vacation duration.
They provide structure to company operations and ensure consistency.
Training and Development:
Whether an employee is new or existing, regular skill-building sessions are necessary for career development and productivity.
HR oversees training needs, ensuring employees stay motivated and meet personal and professional goals.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
HR manages the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement or separation.
They focus on employee satisfaction, well-being, and resource availability.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Promoting Company Culture:
