We are looking for a Senior HR Executive for the Kolkata location.

Job Responsibilities:
Acquiring the right talentBeing able to handle the end-to-end recruitment processExpertise in sourcing talents from Job Boards, Social Media Networks, Referrals, and LinkedInUnderstanding the JD and requirements, posting jobs, sourcing resumes from various channels, screening candidates, assessing candidates through appropriate tests, conducting and coordinating interviews, and moreHiring for technical positions in digital marketing, content writers, CRM, Business analyst & sales, etc.Hands-on Experience in PF/ESI, payroll etc...Facilitating the documentation process and other joining formalities.
Note: 1+ Years of Industry experience is required.
